Chef Jöel Robuchon has already received some of the most prestigious awards in his field, including being named Chef of the Century. The Vegas restaurant is his first outside of France, and he's actually opened with two Jöel Robuchon dining rooms. L'Atelier de Jöel Robuchon is right next door and focuses on a more casual atmosphere, including counter service. Jöel Robuchon has both the elegance and grandeur of a fine private residence, but pleases connoisseurs with the intimacy of a dining room for only 64. There is seating for 12 in the 'indoor garden', an exclusive enclave of villas that run the rate of $500 to $15,000 a night, and a private dining room for up to ten overlooking it. The preferred way to dine here is by choosing one of the two tasting menus, either six courses or 12, but dining à la carte is not forbidden. Make sure you save plenty of time to enjoy this meal, and book your table at least a week in advance.
